Employee recruitment

When a company only occationally can hire a new employee, there are probably no processes or routines on how to do it. Especially in a small company it is an important action, impacting a lot on the cost structure and the capacity of the company.

A new employee can bring new and different skills and competencies to the company and boost its development. A recruiting process can also mean loads of applications which need to be replied. And would it be possible to hire a foreign person? Or a senior?
